Heavy-Duty Tile & Grout Cleaner is specially formulated to strip off synthetic and acrylic waxes and floor finishes.

POLISH SEALER  
(Sulfamic Acid Based Cleaner)

POLISH SEALER is a clear, durable floor finish that resists surface abuse when properly maintained and leaves a beautiful high-sheen finish. Use a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting for pre-grouting protection on unglazed porcelain tile. Allows moisture vapor transmission.

EPOXY HAZE & SEALER REMOVER 
(Multi-Purpose Stripper)

EPOXY HAZE & SEALER REMOVER is a non-flammable, multi- purpose stripper formulated with a long dwell-time to remove most sealers, epoxy grout haze, urethane coatings, synthetic finishes, adhesives and paints. Also draws out deep-set stains and removes heavy grease build up.

GROUT SEALER is a new Water-based sealer that resists water, oil and acid-based contaminants. It simplifies maintenance and does not change the appearance of the grout after application. Allows moisture vapor transmission on most new installations.

CLEAR PENETRATING SEALER & GROUT RELEASE is a non- flammable, invisible, stain-resistant, water-based sealer. Design for use over unsealed brick pavers, concrete, Mexican-clay and any other unglazed surfaces when a natural look is desired Allows moisture vapor transmission.

HIGH GLOSS SEALER 
(Interior / Exterior Sealer)

HIGH GLOSS SEALER is a specially formulated water- based blend of acrylic polymers that provides both a stain resistant surface seal and a durable high-sheen finish - eliminating the conventional two-step method. May also be used as a pre-grouting sealer over clean tile surfaces a minimum of 2 hours prior to grouting. This product allows moisture vapor transmission and is not affected by ultra-violet light.

SAFE CLEAN CRYSTALS is a non-fuming, odorless and non-volatile dry powder (Sulfamic acid) with select additives which when dissolved in water in proper proportions forms an efficient cleaning solution. Safe Clean Crystals will remove grout film.

It is formulated with siliconized acrylic to provide a flexible, mildew-resistant, stain-resistant, crack-resistant high adhesion product. It is color matched to all SGM sanded and non-sanded grout colors.
