MULTI-LITE
(Polymer-Modified Lightweight Mortar)

Multi-Lite is a unique super poly-modified, multi-purpose cement mortar utilizing new Nanotechnology. This new technolgy is approximately 40% lighter than conventional mortars and provides the same coverage as 50 pounds of traditional mortars. Maybe used for either floors or walls in both interior and exterior applications.

PORCELAIN SET MORTAR
(Dry-Set Mortar For Porcelain Tiles)

Porcelain Set is specifically formulated for the installation of impervious porcelain, large format
tile and glass mosaics. For tiles in service of
commercial and residential use on walls and floors.

PREMIUM THIN-SET MORTAR - 712/713
(Dry-Set Mortar For Demanding Installations)

A premium dry-set mortar, formulated with supreme working characteristics such as open time, pot life and coverage. Ideal for use in hot and dry climates.

FLOOR AND WALL THIN-SET MORTAR 727/726  
(Floor/ Wall Thin-Set Mortar)

Specially Formulated for the installation of ceramic, mosaic, quarry tiles and dimension stone (absorptive, semi-vitreous and vitreous) tiles for service in commercial and residential use on both wall and floor installations.

SOUTHERN SANDED THIN-SET 737/ 738  
(Dry-Set Mortar For Low Absorption tiles)

Specially Formulated for the installation of ceramic, mosaic, quarry tiles and dimension stone (absorptive and semi-vitreous) tiles for service in commercial and residential use on both wall and floor installations.

FLEX SET MULTI-PURPOSE MORTAR  
(Flexible Latex-Portland Cement Mortar)

Formulated for installation of floor and wall tiles, both interior and exterior over properly prepared exterior grade plywood, glass mesh mortar units and concrete surfaces. This super polyermerized mortar is designed to be used for installation requiring high performance and provides greater coverage with excellent handling characteristics.

ULTRA-CRETE MULTIPURPOSE THIN-SET MORTAR  
(Contractor Grade Latex-Portland Cement Mortar)

Contract grade Latex-Portland Cement Mortar designed for the installation of all types of tiles over a variety of substrates. May be used for either floors or walls in both interior and exterior application where a Latex-Portland Cement Mortar is recommended. Re-dispersible powder additives are used to improve adhesion, reduce water absorption and provide greater bond strength and resistance to impact and shock. These additives allow for some latitude in time, working conditions and temperature.

MULTI-CRETE™ All Purpose Thin Set Mortar

SGM Multi-Crete is a contractor grade Latex-Portland Cement Mortar designed for installation of all types of tiles over a variety of substrates. It may be used for either floors or walls in both interior or exterior applications where a Latex-Portland Cement Mortar is required. 

MARBLE SET  
(Medium Bed Latex-Portland Cement Mortar)

Factory blend of Portland cement, sand, and light weight fillers. Designed for use as a light weight plaster substrate bedding (browncoat) which does not place additional dead load on structural members. Eliminates costly job-site mixing of sand/ cement mixes.

FAST SET - THINSET 

Fast Set Thinset is a Portland Cement dry set mortar formulated to produce a rapid set time when installing ceramic, mosaic, pavers and quarry tiles. Fast Set will allow grouting within two to four hours and open to traffic within six hours.

GLASS BLOCK MORTAR  
(For Installing Glass)

Blocks Special blend of portland cement, graded aggregates and proprietary chemicals formulated specifically for the installation of Glass Blocks; Computerized batching of raw materials insures a high quality mortar eliminating guesswork of jobsite mixes.

CORK ADHESIVE  
(For Installing Cork & Felt Underlayments)

Premium latex based adhesive which provides a strong, water resistant bond for cork flooring underlayment, wall tiles and felt underlayment.

SOUTHCRETE 555 FLOOR/ WALL ADHESIVE  
(Contractor Grade Type 1 Adhesive (White))

A contractor grade, white latex-based adhesive, designed to be used for setting ceramic tile on interior walls and floors. That should complete the Product Information Sheet area.

UNSANDED THIN-SET 711  
(Dry-Set Mortar or Bond Coat )

Specifically formulated for installation of vitreous an/ or low absorption tiles.

Southcrete™ 25
Acrylic Mortar Additive - An acrylic additive formulated for use as a direct replacement for water with any Dry-Set mortars and non-polymer modified portland cement grouts and joint fillers. SC 25 Enhances all physical characteristics, such as bond, shear bond, and flextural strengths.
