INSTALLATION

SURFACE PREPARATION

Surfaces must be clean and dry, free of dust, oil, grease, wax, and sealers. Remove all old sealant completely. Joint width and depth must conform to industry standards.

MIXING

Not required. C920 is a ready-to-use, one-component formula applied directly from the cartridge.

APPLICATION

Apply from cartridge with a standard caulk gun. Tool with wet finger or finishing tool. Tape both sides of joint and remove tape before skinning. Non-sag formula is suitable for vertical and overhead joints. Do not apply below 40F or above 100F.

CLEANING

Clean uncured sealant with mineral spirits. Cured sealant must be removed mechanically.

CURING

Skins in 30-60 minutes at 77F / 50% RH. Allow full cure before water or traffic exposure. Cooler temperatures and higher humidity extend cure time.

SHELF LIFE

12 months unopened. Store in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze.
