We hope you will begin to enjoy your new pool or deck project. In developing SGM finishes, we made ease of maintenance a top priority as a sign of our commitment to achieve the highest quality standards. SGM warrants its aggregate products against failure for the term of your selected pool finish, this warranty excludes damages due to workmanship, structural failure or physical abuse of the pool. Please make sure to register your warranty and read carefully our Initial Fill & Balance and Water Chemistry recommendations in order to ensure a successful start-up.

Warranty is not valid unless this online registration is completed in full within thirty (30) days of installation of pool finish material. At SGM’s discretion, proof of purchase and use may be required as a condition of this warranty. All claims regarding workmanship should be directed to your contractor or applicator. Registering your SGM pool is simple, protects your investment and also ensures efficient warranty service. SGM, Inc. warrants its product solely against material failure from the date of installation for a period of 1 year. Customer will acquire an extended warranty on the same terms as set out above by successfully completion and retention of this online warranty form. In the event of material failure, SGM’s sole liability shall be, upon SGM’s verification, to provide the materials necessary to repair the area of failure only, calculated as a pro-rated percentage of the warranty service life. The extended warranty for Diamond Brite (see exceptions below), Diamond Brite Jewels and River Rok finishes is 10 year Residential or 5 year Commercial. The extended warranty for Diamond Brite Premium White is 10 year Residential and 10 year Commercial.  The extended warranty for Durazzo, Ultra Pearl Brite and Diamond Brite Summer Blue or Atlantic Blue finishes is 5 year Residential only.
